Today was the date of our readiness review from Jefferson Lab. I think it went well. They very much want us to keep track of purchase orders and progress carefully. It would be nice to see, at a glance, who has been trained in what areas and to be able to delegate tasks based on that. I was also informed of a need to keep track of a product from its manufacture to our door to Jlab. It needs to come with authentication unless it comes from a reputable source like Saint Gobain. Otherwise it needs to come with documentation. The man that conducted our review said that he would be happy to email me literature on the subject, and when I get it I will read it.
