SiPM Inventory for Tagger Microscope Prototype

Twenty (20) SiPMs have been procured from Photonique SA of the model: SSMP-0606BG4MM-PCB. (The newer packaging with square encasing actually calls itself 0706BG4MM.) Below is the inventory of these devices. They were shipped in 4 envelopes with 5 SiPMs in each. This also corresponds to their intended grouping on the prototype amplifier board - 4 summed groups with all 5 SiPMs in each. Thus, the table below lists their designation in terms of number on the board (assembly order) and their group-wise numbering. A link to a photo is given as well as comments made during visual inspection upon receipt. Note that the nature of the "streaks" has been clarified with he Photonique representative as being air pockets. None of the defects described is a significance concern at this moment.
