Main tasks to be accomplished in the near future, as of 9/24/2012:

1. Revise the QA Plan
2. TDR
3. Beamline paper
4. Offset plate design
5. Generate an equipment list & AutoCAD drawings based on construction plan

    - Dark-box plate (backplane mount)
    - straightening collars (6x6 design?; must stay with plate except during end-milling)
    - bundle collars
    - offset plates
    - chimneys
    - chimney-guides
    - hole locations for base & chimney plates
    - bundle shipping boxes & interior foam
    - gluing block

6. Design testing equipment (bundles & single fibers)
7. Design dark-cloth
8. Build intermediate storage box
9. Update the design for the optical enclosure of the tagger microscope to fit the fixed array
10. Provide mechanical drawings for parts on the equipment list & get on machining list
11. Generate data sheets needed based on construction plan
12. Generate Excel sheets for construction timelines
13. Generate design for gpu cooling system
14. Order:

    - piping components for heat treating fibers
    - components for gpu cooling
    - materials for dark-box
    - stock for: collars, offset plates, chimneys
    - spring-plates
    - springs
    - foam (shipping boxes)
    - cardboard boxes (bundles & spools)
    - hinges (dark-box, storage box) 
    - handles (dark-box, storage box)
    - clamps (dark-box, storage box)
    - Velcro, snaps, cloth material
    - Mylar for optical box & bundle ends
