Main tasks to be accomplished in the near future, as of 9/24/2012:
1. Place-Holder
2. Place-Holder
3. Setup the CODA station
4. Prototype the bias voltage compensator circuit
5. Electronics boards revisions
6. Revise the prototype preamp for 50 micron SiPMs for gain correction
7. Water cooling: Design and build
