Energy and chi2
- The number of histogram entries reflects the number of useful events to fit [(number of blocks over threshold)-(number of pars.) > 0].
- The Chi2 is tuned by B=0.008 so that for 1.0 GeV photons we have Chi2/Ndof ~ 1.
