Radphi Video Conference 8/20/02
August 20, 2002
University of Connecticut
Storrs, CT
Present: Craig S., R. Jones, M. Kornicer, Dan S., S. Teige,
B. Evans
Scott:
- Correct MC for 2pi0 -> 4gamma has been made and the mass + angle
projections look like they should - all OK. The real data show nice
features:
- K0 signal around 500 MeV
- S wave interference at f0
- D wave rising toward f2
- Bad news - lightening hit Physics and damaged Mantrid, but repairs
are in progress - with new additional storage.
Dan S.:
- trying to make RODD run on the cluster at Uconn.
M. Kornicer:
- looking at real data with 1-Gaussian
fitter. He compares Efit with the existing clusterizer and finds
that the fit gives OK argument. When he left the Sigma-fit (Radial width)
float in the 1-G fit, he finds a Sigma ~ 1.8 cm. This is a little larger
than MC, which was around 1.4 cm.
Craig S.:
Next meeting:
- W&M September 6-7 at Williamsburg.
