I thought SRS was going to continue to run until Diamond had been online 
for a few years?  Is it just the beamline you use that is being shut 
down now?

There are lots of beamlines in the US that could do what you want.  I 
think one of the best may be the X-19C beamline at the NSLS at 
Brookhaven.  This beamline has a dedicated program for topography.  Mike 
Dudley at Stony Brook is the spokesperson for that program.  I think 
there is plenty of general use time available on that station.

Let me know if you have more questions.  There are certainly stations 
here at the APS that can do it too, though I don't know of a dedicated 
topography station.
